You will need a Chauffeur License (http://www.dmv.ri.gov/documents/forms/Chauffeur_License.pdf ) 
And a Blue Card from RI PUC...

Or if you have a CDL License you will only need to get a Blue Card:

Proper Licensing and PUC certificate are required.
