Airport Pick Up Procedures

Chauffeurs will hold a sign displaying your name or company name. They will greet you as determined by individual Airport procedures as follows…

Providence TF Green Airport

Follow signs to baggage claim, your chauffeur will meet you at the bottom of the escalators.

Boston Logan Airport

Terminal A (Delta, Comair, Song) Exit the terminal on the Ground level following signs for Limo's. The Limousine parking area is located at the third island from the terminal.

Terminal B (American, US Air, America West, Alaska Air, ATA, Independence Air) Exit the terminal on the upper (2 nd ) level the Limos are curbside. *Note: Yellow signs on columns identifying the Limousine area.

Terminal C (United, Continental, Midwest, Cape Air , Air Canada [non-international])Exit the terminal on the upper (2nd) level the Limos are located at the outer lane

Terminal D (Airtran) Same as Terminal C

Terminal E (Aer Lingus, Aero Mexico, Air Canada (Fredickton & Halifax), Air France, Air Jamaica, Alitalia, American (int'l arrivals), British Air, Cayman Air, Iceland Air, Jet Blue, KLM, Lufthansa, Northwest, SATA, Swiss, TACA, Virgin Atlantic Air) Exit the terminal walking toward the left cross three lanes and enter the Limousine lot.

New York / New Jersey Airports

At all terminals your chauffeur will greet you as you exit your terminal.
