Sentinel Limousine - Company Policies, Terms & Conditions

General

  • Customer failure to show at designated pick-up location will be charged a "No Show" fee for the entire amount of the trip plus wait-time. ***If you cannot locate your Chauffeur, you must notify us by phone at (401) 434-2700 / (866) 925-5466.

  • In the event of a cancellation, the customer may be responsible for full-payment of the reservation, plus any applicable fees, examples include but are not limited to penalties and wait-time, corresponding to the terms and conditions described in the following sections.

  • All invoices are to be paid in full within 30 days of invoice creation date. Failure to abide by all terms and conditions will result in interest added to the original invoice at 18% per annum together with all attendant costs of suit, plus atorney fees.

  • Any additional or unplanned stops, modifications or deviations from originally specified reservation itinerary are subject to additional charges to be calculated after the completion of the trip.

  • All deposits/payments are non-refundable and must be made per Company policy dependent upon reservation type and itinerary.

  • The actual amount of the Chauffeur's gratuity is at the discretion of the customer; any gratuity received is remitted in full directly to the Chauffeur.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by but not limited to accidents, airlines, breakdowns, weather, traffic, or other conditions beyond our control. In the event the vehicle or service, for reasons beyond the Company's control, is unable to perform under this contract, the Company liability shall be limited to the full refund of any monies paid for that particular vehicle. Sentinel Limousine reserves the right to substitute any vehicle, with a vehicle(s) of appropriate capacity(ies), if necessary without prior notice.

  • Excessive clean-up including spills of any staining fluids or odors will incur additional clean-up charges for labor and materials of contaminated surfaces. Minimum charge of $250.

  • All Sentinel vehicles are Non-Smoking. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination and full charge for the reservation.
  • Sentinel Limousine cannot be held liable for any item(s) left in any vehicle.

Cancellations

Local Airports / Local Transfers

  • A local airport / local transfer trip must be cancelled more than 2 hours prior to the scheduled reservation start time. Any reservations cancelled less than 2 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time will result in a full charge.

Non-Local Airports / Non-Local Transfers

  • A non-local domestic airport / non-local domestic transfer trip must be cancelled more than 6 hours prior to the scheduled reservation start time within the local timezone for the trip. Any non-local airport / non-local transfer reservations cancelled less than 6 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time will result in a full charge.

  • A non-local international airport / non-local international transfer trip must be cancelled more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled reservation start time within the local timezone for the trip. Any non-local airport / non-local transfer reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time will result in a full charge.

Hourly Reservations

  • Hourly reservations must be cancelled more than 30 days prior to the scheduled reservation date. Any hourly reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to the scheduled reservation date will result in a full charge.

Wedding Reservations

  • Wedding reservations must be cancelled more than 30 days prior to the scheduled reservation date. Any wedding reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to the scheduled reservation date will result in a full charge.

Deposits and Payments

  • All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Only the initial minimum deposit may be transferrable to a new reservation if the cancellation occurs before the remaining balance for the reservation is due. After the non-penalty cancellation period has expired (30 days prior to the originally scheduled reservation date) all payments and deposits become non-refundable, non-transferrable. In order to qualify for a transfer of the initial minimum deposit, the cancellation must occur before the non-penalty cancellation period expires. The transfer of the initial minimum deposit must occur within 30 days of the qualifying cancellation date, meaning that the substitue reservation must be booked within 30 days of the qualifying cancellation date.

Payment Requirements

Credit Cards

  • All reservations require a valid credit card on file with the Company. No reservations may be made without a valid credit card on file.

Personal Checks

  • If a personal check will be used for payment on any trips, the customer must provide the personal check to the company a full 30 days prior to the scheduled reservation date. This policy applies to all reservation types, all dates, no exceptions. If payment is made via check less than 30 days prior to the reservation date, that payment must be in the form of a certified bank check presented in person at the Company headquarters to a manager or supervisor.

Invoices & Final Updated Receipts

  • All invoices and final receipts are to be paid in full within 30 days of the invoice creation date. By accepting this service you agree to all Company terms and conditions. Failure to abide by all terms and conditions will result in interest being added to the original invoice at 18% per annum together with all attendant costs of suit, plus attorney fees.

Hourly Reservations

  • A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking for all hourly reservations. The minimum deposit amount due is 50% of the reservation total.
  • The remaining balance for all hourly reservation is due in full 30 days prior to the scheduled reservation date. 30 days prior to the scheduled reservation date, all payments become non-refundable.
  • Any hourly reservations booked less than 30 days prior to the scheduled reservation date must be paid in full at the time of booking according to these terms and conditions.

Wedding Reservations

  • A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking for all wedding reservations. The minimum deposit amount due is 50% of the reservation total.
  • The remaining balance for all wedding reservations is due 30 days prior to the scheduled reservation date. 30 days prior to the scheduled reservation date, all payments become non-refundable.
  • Any wedding reservations booked less than 30 days prior to the scheduled reservation date must be paid in full at the time of booking according to these terms and conditions.

Sentinel Limousine reserves the right to cancel a reservation for non-payment or non-compliance according to the terms set forth here.
